Description
A Fortune 500 Investment Management enterprise is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. The Marketing Manager will research market conditions at local, regional, and national levels to determine potential sales of products or services and develop effective marketing campaigns. This position involves gathering competitive data, analyzing prices and sales methods, and designing marketing materials using relevant data. The ideal candidate will be comfortable learning web and email platforms to support both investor and borrower marketing initiatives.
Location: New York City or Newark, NJ (hybrid onsite 3 days/week)
Duration: 12-month contract
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $48-$53/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
Conduct research on market conditions in various geographic areas to identify potential sales opportunities.
Gather and analyze information on competitors, prices, sales, and marketing methods.
Marketing Campaigns:
Create and execute marketing campaigns based on gathered data.
Use text and chart data to design compelling marketing materials.
Support the team in refining marketing requirements and managing campaign execution.
Web and Email Platform Management:
Learn and utilize web and email platforms to support marketing initiatives.
Manage Drupal web updates and create campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of updates and deployments.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in market research and marketing campaign development.
Proficiency in using web and email platforms, with a willingness to learn new tools.
Experience with Drupal and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Located in or willing to commute to Northern New Jersey or New York City for in-office days.
