Robert Half Director Total Rewards in Newark, New Jersey


Hybrid position available in Essex County, NJ! A government agency is currently seeking a Director of Total Rewards on an interim basis. The Director of Total Rewards will work cross-functionally with various stakeholders (HR, Benefits, Senior Leadership) to review and craft new compensation and reward programs. The Director of Total rewards should have prior experience with creating compensation frameworks, analyzing competitive market information, analyzing benefits programs, assessing existing vendor relationships and evaluating potential new vendors, and drafting employee communication. The ideal interim Director of Total Rewards will have spent their recent career fully involved with Total Rewards development and implementation. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are a must for this role! CBP and/or CCP certifications are strongly preferred.
