Our client in Newark, NJ is seeking a NJ Barred attorney for a Contract to hire opportunity offering phenomenal benefits and a $100k range salary once converted. Heavy litigation and prosecution experience is preferred as the position requires someone "good on their feet" and able to try a case. Interrogation, arbitration, and the ability to pick up a file and "run with it" are key to his exciting contract to hire attorney role with a salary in the $100k range.
Strong academic credentials with a J.D. from an accredited law school; NJ Bar attorney's license must be current, active and in good standing.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills, with an ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way and to orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
Must approach legal problem solving strategically and be detail-oriented, organized, efficient and resourceful with strong follow-through skills.
Must possess Research,, problem solving skills
Ability to pick up a file and run with it and litigate it
