Robert Half Project Manager in Newark, New Jersey

Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented Project Manager in the field of Space & Occupancy Planning, located in Newark, New Jersey. The chosen candidate will be part of an established team, working in the Commercial Real Estate and Facility Management industry. The role involves interpreting occupancy planning data, managing floor plans and moves, and analyzing office attendance.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret occupancy planning data from a large scale program

• Manage floor plans for two buildings, coordinating the constant movements

• Develop strategies to accommodate employees for potential increased on-site days

• Analyze and track office attendance to ensure efficient seating and planning

• Utilize skills in Commercial Property Management and Facilities Management for efficient utilization of workspace

• Apply knowledge of Budget Processes and Construction in planning and executing moves

• Utilize Corporate Real Estate knowledge to manage properties effectively

• Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met

• Utilize Project Management skills to coordinate and oversee projects

• Leverage knowledge of Facilities planning to ensure efficient use of space Requirements • Proven experience in a Project Management role

• Proficiency with Budget Processes

• Familiarity with Construction industry practices

• Experience in Corporate Real Estate

• Knowledge of Property Management and Commercial Property Management

• Skills in Facilities Management and Facilities planning

• Ability to conduct and analyze KPI Reporting

• Expertise in Project Management methodologies

• Experience with Floor Plans creation and interpretation

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in use of project management software

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
