Description
In NEW YORK, NY (Remote Position): Our client - nationally known parking management / parking service provider - is searching for a Contracts Attorney to support the team on a project basis. The ideal candidate for this role will bring 3 - 6 years of true, in-house Contracts Attorney exposure (NDA's, management agreements, lease agreements, etc.) and be comfortable operating on EST times. Requirements - Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines
High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
Lease Agreements experience preferred
Commercial Contracts experience
Deep understanding of Licensed Attorney
Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
Top notch academic credentials and references
Licensed attorney with 5+ years of experience
