Description
We are in search of a Sales/Project Support professional to play a crucial role in our team based in Newark, New Jersey. The individual will be a fundamental link between our sales and manufacturing departments, offering customer support and managing various project aspects. This role involves comprehensive order tracking, facilitation of client sample choices, and maintaining transparent data.
Responsibilities include:
• Must have experience with Productuction Scheduling
• Project Management related to products
• Providing comprehensive support to the sales team
• Inputting and tracking orders within our systems to ensure timely delivery
• Serving as the primary liaison between sales and manufacturing departments
• Managing full project life cycles, including procurement of technical information, design ideas, and coordination of production and delivery schedules
• Customizing sample choices to meet client preferences
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience
• Collaborating with multiple departments to streamline processes and meet timelines
• Utilizing Excel for VLOOKUPS/Pivot Tables and formula calculations
• Ensuring transparency of data and figures among team members
• Demonstrating patience and resilience in the face of delays or changes in processes/procedures
• Executing tasks with a focus on timelines and accuracy.
Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce software
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Familiarity with 401k - RRSP Administration
• Proven experience in Auditing
• Understanding of Benefit Functions
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Proficiency in Cobra Administration
• Ability to support sales and project management teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
