Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Workplace Experience Ambassador 3 in Newark, New Jersey. In this role, you will be interacting with various teams, ensuring the building spaces are adequately prepared and maintained, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all areas of the building are set up correctly and maintained to provide an enhanced experience for all individuals.
• Provide top-notch customer service to both internal and external visitors.
• Handle all front of house services, efficiently managing incoming queries.
• Assist with the physical arrangement of events and meeting spaces, including furniture, signage, and equipment.
• Keep track of daily space and room bookings and maintain up-to-date event calendars.
• Offer support to other facilities team services as needed.
• Utilize various platforms to manage daily activities.
• Act as a representative of the team, working collaboratively with other team members. Requirements • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide a welcoming and positive environment for all employees and guests
• Strong planning and organizational abilities to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience in receptionist duties, including answering phones, directing calls, and greeting guests
• Familiarity with facility management, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable workplace for all
• Proficiency in calendar management, coordinating and scheduling meetings, events, and appointments
• Ability to handle and resolve queries, providing accurate information and guidance
• Experience in catering coordination for meetings and events, ensuring timely and satisfactory service
• Proficiency in PC OS, demonstrating good computer literacy for efficient task completion
• Experience in providing concierge services, assisting with personal requests and needs of employees and guests.
