Description Robert Half is seeking a FP& A Manager for our well-respected client! The FP& A Manager must have deep analytical capabilities, strong verbal and writing skills, and the ability to multitask and work under multiple tight deadlines at once. How you will make an impact
Support financial deliverables to the executive team
Provide key financial analysis to enable both day-to-day and strategic decisions
Provide support for regulatory filings
Manage all aspects of staff, including recruiting, selecting, training, evaluating, and retaining employees
Estimate costs of operating plans and then develop budget and forecasts during the annual budget development cycle
Lead the development of short- and long-term financial forecasts and financial analysis
Test fiscal and budget assumptions in the development of operating plans
Address and improve strategic issues by working in cross-functional development teams
Provide financial analysis support for the corporate budgeting and forecasting processes
Provide key financial analysis to enable both day-to-day and strategic decisions
Complete financial valuation and analysis for mergers and acquisitions
Oversee and manage financial planning team operations
Prepare data mining tools and financial models for variance analysis Requirements - Able to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction
Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
2+ years of FP& A supervisory/leadership experience
Previous experience with computer software, including writing macros in Excel, Access, financial Modeling and other accounting packages
Strong business acumen required
8+ years of experience in FP& A required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required
MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus
Strong quantitative and qualitative abilities
