Description
We are in the search for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a reputable client in the medical devices industry. This role is based in Newberg, Oregon, and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for basic accounts receivable duties:
Responsibilities:
• Handle fundamental accounts receivable operations
• Post cash as per the company's guidelines
• Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to ensure smooth financial operations
• Maintain accurate records of all cash posting activities
• Resolve any discrepancies in cash posting promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks
• Respond to inquiries regarding accounts receivable and cash posting
• Collaborate with other teams as necessary for financial operations
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis tasks.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) operations and management
• Skilled in Cash Applications
• Expertise in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with customers, peers, and management
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
