Description We are seeking an Entry Level Administrative Assistant based in Newport Beach, California. The role involves general office duties, client communication, and scheduling in the telecom provider industry. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.


• Provide general office support including answering inbound calls, data entry, and email correspondence.

• Schedule and manage calendars efficiently.

• Generate insurance certificates as required.

• Communicate effectively with clients on various matters.

• Use Microsoft Office and Sage 100 software for various administrative tasks.

• Maintain punctuality and attendance as per the established work schedule.

• Exhibit a strong attention to detail in all tasks.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Schedule appointments as necessary.

• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word proficiently in performing job duties. Requirements • Proven ability in answering inbound calls, ensuring efficient communication and customer satisfaction.

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support.

• Proficiency in data entry, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.

• Experience in managing email correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication.

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

• Experience in using Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence and scheduling.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.

• Experience in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.

• Ability to efficiently schedule appointments, managing time and resources effectively.

• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to adapt and learn new skills as required by the job.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
