Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Newport Beach, California

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Newport Beach, California. This role primarily involves answering incoming calls and emails, providing assistance to customers over the phone. The position requires working in a call center environment and is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through calls and emails.

• Utilizing the 'Call Center Customer Service' skill to ensure efficient customer service.

• Assisting customers with their queries and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.

• Utilizing 'Medical Billing' skills to handle related customer inquiries.

• Monitoring and maintaining customer records to ensure they are accurate and updated.

• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations in the call center.

• Adapting to different customer situations and finding appropriate solutions.

• Ensuring all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.

• Providing feedback on customer interactions to help improve the overall customer service process.

• Maintaining a professional and polite attitude when interacting with customers. Requirements • Proven experience in a Call Center Customer Service role

• Ability to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Demonstrated proficiency in a Customer Service environment

• Knowledge of medical billing processes and practices

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes

• Proficiency in using customer service software and databases

• Excellent listening skills and patience when dealing with customers

• Ability to work well in a team and promote a positive work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification

• Willingness to work in shifts, during weekends, or on holidays if required.
