Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Digital Project Manager in Newport Beach, California. The role will focus on managing various digital projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of digital campaigns, database management, and brand awareness strategies.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage a wide range of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
• Utilize project management tools such as Atlassian Jira and Smartsheet to track project progress and manage resources effectively
• Collaborate with various teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects
• Utilize cloud technologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency
• Manage the Content Management System (CMS) to facilitate content updates and site maintenance
• Work closely with the CRM team to improve customer relationships and drive customer retention
• Oversee database management, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Develop and implement strategies for increasing brand awareness through digital platforms
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns to achieve business objectives
• Ensure all digital deliverables meet quality standards and fulfill objectives. Requirements • Proficiency in the use of Smartsheet for project management tasks
• Demonstrable experience in digital project management
• Ability to plan, execute, and oversee digital campaigns
• Strong understanding and knowledge of database management
• Ability to deliver projects within agreed timelines and specifications
• Proven experience in enhancing brand awareness through digital platforms
• Familiarity with design principles relevant to digital projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with clients and team members
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
