Description
Robert Half, Management Resources is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a temporary position of 6 months for our client in Irvine. This role requires use of an accounting ERP system such as Dynamics 365 or NetSuite and provides a key resource in supporting our company's financial operations.
Responsibilities:
-Assure accuracy, timeliness, and conformity with professional accounting standards and best practices in accordance of company policies and government regulations.
-Active participation in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
-Prepare financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
-Analyze financial data and provide financial analysis reports to senior management.
-Maintain well-organized and updated accounting systems and procedures.
-Reconciliation of balance sheets, journal entries, fixed assets, and bank statements.
-Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably at a senior level.
-Must be proficient in using an accounting ERP system such as Dynamics 365 or NetSuite.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
