What you get to do every single day as a Customer Service Representative
-Proactively manages all aspects of international accounts not limited to order placement, inventory
managements and coordinating logistics with minimal errors.
-Work with shippers and transloaders to execute bookings, and ensure vendors/suppliers/service providers are
-Executes required export documentation for multiple accounts in various stages of completion in a highly time
-Timely management of multiple lines of communication between suppliers, shippers, customers and internal
parties, maintaining details, and relaying pertinent information to appropriate parties
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Customer Support experience preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel
-Ability to critically think through multiple-step process and follow up on several details
High ability to handle multiple priorities without losing details
Ability to work under time pressures
Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Expertise in customer service
Proficiency in Customer Shipments
Solid understanding of Call Center Customer Service
Resolve Customer Issues experience
Adeptness in Microsoft Word
General familiarity with communication
Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
Achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
