Description
As an IT Manager, you will oversee our organization's IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and security protocols. You will manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of technology solutions that support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee ERP systems' implementation, maintenance, and optimization, including SAP, SAGE, or Oracle JD Edwards.
Manage and support PLC manufacturing systems to ensure efficient production processes.
Ensure the security of IT infrastructure, including Microsoft and Adobe environments.
Oversee the integration and management of EDI logistics systems.
Utilize APIs and web services knowledge to support system integration and data exchange.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of IT operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs and drive technology initiatives.
Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role. Alternatively, a Master's degree with 5 years of work experience in a similar position is preferred.
Proven experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP, SAGE, or Oracle JD Edwards.
Strong knowledge of PLC manufacturing systems and processes.
Proficiency in IT security, Microsoft, and Adobe environments.
Experience with EDI logistics systems and knowledge of APIs and web services.
Previous experience in agri-food, logistics, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
Flexible, autonomous, and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
