Employing digital recruiting resources
Delivering and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms
Providing support with new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations
Readying internal recommendations
Directing various administrative duties
Writing and posting job opportunity advertisements
Leading interviews Requirements - Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
You will be a strong candidate if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
The ideal full-time for this role is highly detail oriented; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
Competent in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Full Cycle Recruiting experience

2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities · 1-3 years of successful recruitment experience required · High volume recruitment experience in a corporate or staff firm recruiting environment · A combination of experience in recruiting for: Accounting, IT, Administrative, Marketing, Creative, and more · Experience building candidate pipelines and talent acquisition
