Description
Robert Half is looking for The File Clerk will be responsible for maintaining a company’s records. They will code, file, and retrieve records as needed and ensure the system is well organized.
Responsibilities:
Manage all sensitive data and critical information promptly and confidentially.
Process paperwork and documents such as reports, applications, and proposals.
Communicate and liaise with all levels of management, responding timely to queries and report requests.
Establish and manage highly organized filing systems.
Regularly update and maintain databases.
Modify and improve filing systems, or implement new filing systems as necessary.
Perform regular physical audits of records and files.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven filing or data entry experience.
Solid understanding of data confidentiality principles.
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
Knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
