Job Description:
The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting various HR functions of our organization. These functions will range from recruitment, on-boarding, maintaining employee records, to assisting with payroll processing. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Responsibilities:
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries.
Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information.
Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Good understanding of labor laws.
