Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a A/V Installation Technician in Norcross, Georgia. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining audio and visual equipment, such as televisions and speakers, for both residential and commercial clients. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Install and set up audio and visual equipment, including televisions, home theater systems, speakers, projectors, and other related equipment. • Securely mount equipment to walls, ceilings, or other structures as required. • Run and conceal wiring and cables for a clean, detail oriented installation. • Configure and calibrate audio and visual systems to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with installed equipment. • Educate clients on the proper use and maintenance of their audio and visual systems. • Maintain accurate records of installations, services performed, and equipment used. • Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met. • Use skills in Audio Equipment, Cabling, and Audio Visual to perform tasks effectively. Requirements • Proficient in handling, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio equipment

• Experienced in setting up and managing cabling systems

• Skilled in operating and maintaining audio-visual equipment

• Ability to diagnose hardware problems and provide appropriate solutions

• Familiarity with the latest hardware technologies and trends

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest developments in the field

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality of work

• Capable of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
