  • Answer phones as part of a support team providing customer service to record and resolve customer issues
  • Assist users by troubleshooting and escalating identified problems appropriately
  • Assist with writing and updating documentation
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, or any application assigned for support
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and prioritize technical and non-technical issues as these arise
  • Communicate problems and solutions regarding IT Support issues to the Service Desk
