Robert Half Project Administrator in Norfolk, Massachusetts
Robert Half is partnering with a construction company in Norfolk seeking an Project Administrator for the Heavy Civil division. This person works with the project teams and performs various administrative tasks to assist Project Engineers and Managers.
Coordinates the project submittal process. Prepares/updates submittal logs, submittal packages, and handles all transmittals and correspondence with the Owner.
Includes use of Owner software platforms (Sharepoint, E-Builder, etc.)
Tracking/organization of all project documents and correspondence (drawings, letters, RFI’s).
Material Compliance documentation and submissions.
Assists with project closeout documentation.
Prepares and distributes meeting agendas and minutes.
Owner office setup and maintenance (in conjunction with Office Admin).
Manages all Digsafe requests and filing.
3-Week Schedule distribution and meeting presentation.
Tracks and distributes shop labor reports.
Minimum of 2 years in administrative support or similar role
Strong computer skills
Organized and deadline-driven
