What you get to do every day

  • Organize and route incoming telephone calls

  • Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

  • May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Field and send written business correspondence Requirements - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

    • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

    • Resolve Customer Issues experience highly desired

    • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Word

    • Solid understanding of Call Center Customer Service

    • Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel

    • General familiarity with communication

    • Customer service experience

    • Foundational knowledge in Customer Support

    • Customer Shipments experience

    • Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

    • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

    • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

    • Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

    • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

    • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

    • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
