Description
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and professionally
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals
Assist users with account setup, password resets, and permissions management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
Follow standard operating procedures for incident management, documenting all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
Conduct remote troubleshooting and provide remote support using remote access tools
Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems on end-user devices
Provide guidance and training to end-users on basic hardware and software usage
Assist with the setup and configuration of audio-visual equipment for meetings and presentations
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, enhancing technical knowledge and skills through self-learning and training opportunities
Requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or degrees are a plus
2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly assess and resolve issues
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
CompTIA A+ certification a plus
