Description
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and networking devices
Configure, monitor, and maintain servers, switches, routers, and firewalls
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Install and configure software applications
Develop and maintain documentation for network and server infrastructure
Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, networking, and server administration
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
Experience with Windows Server 2012 and above, Active Directory, and Group Policy
Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
