Robert Half Leasing Administrative Assistant in Norfolk, Virginia

Description

Immediate position available in downtown Norfolk!

  • Drafting and revising lease-related documents: They prepare a variety of lease documents, including lease agreements, commission agreements, lease extensions, assignments, and amendments. They may also respond to correspondence from current and potential tenants.

  • File management: They create and maintain physical and digital files, often using document management software like Intact. These files pertain to the tenants and the lease agreements.

  • Commission calculation: They review leasing and management agreements, pinpoint the correct commission amounts, figure out how commission should be divided, and prepare deal sheets.

  • Report extraction: Using real estate software, like MRI, they might obtain various relevant reports. They might also run credit reports for potential tenants using services like Equifax.

  • Marketing: They create and update marketing packages, using software such as Buildout, and also assemble print versions of these marketing packages. They also draft and schedule email blasts in Buildout which advertise available properties.

5 years of administrative experience,

real estate experience supporting brokers
