This candidate will organize and archive documents, monitor office purchase orders, provide accurate reports of billing data, and correct discrepancies. The ideal Accounts Receivable Specialist should be organized, self-motivated, and capable of communicating effectively.
Work with the collections department to review accounts, credit history, and ensure data accuracy
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
Processing & following-up on pending Purchase Orders
Communicate with company through outbound calls and written correspondence to clarify incomplete or invalid documents
Preserve company records while managing paperwork effectively
1+ years of AR and or collections experience is preferred
Proficient in Google Suite
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Great collaboration and problem-solving skills
