Description
Successful client located in the Montgomery County area seeks a Branch Manager with experience within a healthcare operational environment. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch which will consist of management, customer service, office performance, financial review, goal setting, inventory analysis, and customer relationships. We are looking for a Branch Manager with proven human resources experience, excellent time management qualities, a team leader, and possess strong organizational skills.
Major Job Functions
· Design and implement sales strategies
· Create performance standards
· Assist HR department with appropriate documentation
· Monitor shipment and inventory issues
· Implement inventory control measures
· Develop and maintain budgets
· Track branch financial performance
· Coordinate with payroll department as needed
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
· Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
· Generate financial reports
Requirements
The ideal Branch Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
Other requirements for the Branch Manager role include and are not limited to:
· 3+ years in a healthcare related facility
· Proven experience in a managerial role
· Excellent multitasking abilities
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
