Description We are offering an opportunity for a meticulous and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. This role is integral to our operations, with a focus on supporting the Promotion Production department, handling order fulfillment, logging data, and monitoring inventory levels. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Promotion Production department by taking and fulfilling orders
• Accurately enter data and log quantities of fulfillment
• Monitor and track purchase orders
• Check and confirm the accuracy of delivery addresses
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and tracking
• Ensure order entry and order fulfillment processes are carried out efficiently
• Use computer skills to manage and track inventory effectively
• Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly. Requirements • Strong proficiency in customer service practices and principles
• Demonstrated ability to manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
• Proven experience in order entry and order fulfillment processes
• Solid knowledge of inventory tracking and management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer applications
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle email correspondence effectively and professionally
• Possess strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software or systems
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make decisions independently
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• A high degree of reliability, commitment, and adaptability.
