A dynamic organization working with OfficeTeam is seeking a highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiter. One of the most important parts of your role as the Human Resources Recruiter is full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. We need to find a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow to work with our client. This position is best for someone who can perform recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. Key responsibilities

  • Applying digital recruiting resources

  • Managing various administrative duties

  • Leading interviews

  • Producing internal recommendations

  • Typing and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Propping new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Supplying and screening candidates through various sources and platforms


  • Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Competent in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • The ideal full-time for this role is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

  • 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • We want someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms in this position

  • Command of High Volume Call Center

  • Foundational knowledge in data entry

  • Microsoft Excel experience

  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

  • Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting

  • Strong familiarity with communication
