Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in North Canton, Ohio. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and will involve interacting with clients, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining business relationships. You will also be responsible for entering information into multiple computer systems simultaneously, so experience with systems like SAP is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls from customers and providing top-tier customer service

• Troubleshooting customer issues and questions to ensure resolution

• Entering customer information accurately into multiple computer systems

• Building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients

• Comfortably navigating and using SAP and other related software

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking purposes

• Communicating effectively with customers and team members to ensure customer satisfaction

• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Upholding the company's commitment to quality and service in all interactions

• Continually updating skills and knowledge to enhance service delivery. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative role within the manufacturing industry

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Superior Customer Service

• Proficiency in Data Entry

• Familiarity with SAP software

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Excellent Communication skills

• Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly

• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Flexibility to work in different shifts if required
