Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the manufacturing industry, specifically for a Customer Service Representative position based in North Canton, Ohio, United States. The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, troubleshooting client issues, data entry, and fostering strong business relationships. This role will be performed onsite and will require the candidate to work across multiple computer systems simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and inquiries
• Enter accurate information into the computer system
• Maintain strong business relationships with clients
• Navigate and operate multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Utilize SAP software for various tasks
• Deliver superior customer service consistently
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
• Exhibit strong communication skills in all interactions. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative role within the Manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in customer service skills.
• Proven experience with Data Entry tasks.
• Exceptional ability to provide superior customer service.
• Familiarity with SAP software is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Must have a proactive approach and a strong work ethic.
