Robert Half Logistics Clerk in North Miami Beach, Florida
Perform various administrative duties
Adhere to guidelines for approving carriers
Validate freight bills and process bills of lading
Oversee, monitor, and sustain dispatch & progress of orders on time and to meet delivery requirements
Follow-up with carriers, as necessary
Report and adjust with inventory and sales management; warehouse; logistics for service changes
Capacity to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
Solid understanding of logistics
Logistics & distribution experience preferred
Data entry experience
Excellent data entry skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
