Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in North Miami Beach, Florida, for an Order Processor. This role operates within the industry of customer service, specifically focusing on processing customer orders, maintaining records, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Efficiently input orders into the company's database.
• Collaborate with various departments, such as warehouse and shipping, to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping information, and potential delays.
• Swiftly and professionally resolve any order discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain precise records of all orders, including tracking information and customer communications.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, like stock replenishment and cycle counting.
• Work in tandem with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate order processing.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of efficient order processing procedures.
• Utilize skills in Accounting Software Systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Customer Service to enhance job performance. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge of IBM AS/400
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Billing Functions
• Knowledge of Claim Administration
• Experience with Collection Processes
• Strong Customer Service skills
