Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Purchase & Sales Specialist in North Miami Beach, Florida. This role functions within the industry, where you will be primarily tasked with processing purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, and managing inventory. You will also be expected to provide top-notch customer service, promote sales, and address customer queries effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Negotiate effectively with suppliers on aspects such as prices, quantities, and delivery terms
• Process and monitor the status of purchase orders until delivery
• Manage inventory control and ensure stock is maintained adequately
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions
• Assist in promoting and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones
• Prepare reports on purchase and sales trends
• Stay updated with changes in the market and product developments.

Requirements • Proficiency in 3M and other accounting software systems.
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions.
• Familiarity with IBM AS/400 and About Time software.
• Strong understanding of accounting functions.
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP).
• In-depth knowledge of buying processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
