Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices to customers
Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness
Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any billing issues
Maintain and update customer billing records
Assist with month-end closing processes
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth billing operations
Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a billing clerk or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience with billing software and databases
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
