Great Company in North Miami looking for Customer Service - Team Leader
take care of processing incoming orders (using ERP), including invoicing. You are also responsible for processing credits, sending backorders and answering questions related to orders, invoices, etc. to colleagues and customers. You are also supportive of the Account Manager’s team. You are successful when the operation is streamlined. You process incoming orders and archive them.
Check the backorders and send them.
You take care of the complaint registration and the follow-up / handling thereof.
You take care of the return of goods.
Support the Account Manager’s team with the removal of operational tasks.
Read in sales prices (ERP).
You guide the process for creating R and D numbers.
Must be bilingual English/Spanish
Advance level of Excel – Vlookups
