Description We are in search of a Logistics Coordinator based in NORTH MIAMI, Florida. This role operates within the logistics industry and requires proficiency in various business systems. The chosen candidate will be tasked with overseeing our customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning systems, ensuring efficient logistics operations. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall logistics coordination, ensuring the smooth operation of various projects.
• Utilize business systems effectively to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Handle and maintain the company's CRM system to ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Manage the Cargowise system to optimize logistics operations.
• Oversee the efficient functioning of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions.
• Utilize the 'About Time' system for effective time management across all projects.
• Manage the Billing Functions to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to liaise with different departments and external stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, promptly resolving inquiries and issues.
• Handle customs-related tasks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Business Systems and ERP Solutions
• Familiarity with Cargowise and About Time software
• Experience with CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning platforms
• Knowledge of Billing Functions and Customs procedures
• Strong Communication skills and Customer Service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience in the logistics industry would be advantageous.
