Description
Multi-location healthcare organization continuing to expand its operations through acquisition is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Lead to join their team.
As the Accounts Payable Lead you will play a pivotal role in managing the A/P function across multiple locations,
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Oversee the entry of invoices into QuickBooks and bank's bill pay system.
Manage both physical invoices received by mail and digital invoices sent via email
Streamline and integrate Accounts Payable processes from recently acquired organizations into system, maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
Manage a high volume of invoices, averaging between 100 to 150 invoices per week, with a keen eye for detail to prevent errors.
Foster effective communication with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
