We are seeking a Medical Records Coordinator for our Allocation Solutions Department. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and preparing batches of documentation for medical/legal review. This role requires a focus on organization, quality and precision. This is not a client facing role, but it requires the ability to effectively and timely communicate with internal staff. About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role
Sort and organize file documentation per internal guidelines
Scan paper documents via high speed scanner (as needed)
Successfully participate in the workflow process between administrative professionals, paralegals, attorneys, and medical professionals
Demonstrate organization, quality and precision
Handle material of a highly confidential nature
Data entry of key data
When necessary, demonstrate agility in “rush” situations Requirements MS Office, Data Entry
