Robert Half Customer Service Representative in North Venice, Florida

Description We are in search of a meticulous and customer-focused individual to fill the role of a Customer Service Representative in our manufacturing industry based in North Venice, Florida. The position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and involves handling customer inquiries, managing data entry, and coordinating schedules in a customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities:

• Fielding and responding to inbound customer calls in a prompt and professional manner

• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues efficiently

• Accurately entering customer data and order details into the company system

• Handling email correspondence with customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed

• Juggling inbound and outbound calls, ensuring seamless communication with customers

• Proficiently using Microsoft Excel and Word for data handling and documentation

• Ensuring accurate order entry and processing to meet customer needs

• Coordinating and scheduling appointments as per customer requirements

• Continuously enhancing product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

• Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall improvement of customer service delivery. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and documentation

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing environment

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner

• Excellent communication skills for effective email correspondence with customers

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience with order entry in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, balancing customer needs and business operations

• Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and complaints effectively

• Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
