Robert Half Sales Support Specialist in North Wales, Pennsylvania


Established company in the Montgomeryville, PA area is looking to hire a proactive Sales Support Specialist with quoting and pricing experience. This Sales Support Specialist must have solid Microsoft Excel skills, hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems, and excellent analytical and multitasking skills. In this Sales Support Specialist role, you will create and maintain good customer relationships and ensure smooth sales team operations.

Primary Duties

  • Answer customer inquiries

  • Provide administrative support

  • Record sales trends

  • Quoting & Pricing

  • Process request in a timely manner

  • Draft data reports and sales guides

  • Assist with open claim inquiries

  • Maintain customer contracts

  • Provide sales team with system improvements

  • Manage customer accounts

  • Work with management to create sales strategies


  • Bachelor’s degree a PLUS

  • 2+ years administrative experience supporting sales

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Strong Excel

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to pay strong attention to detail
