• Accounts Payable

• Accounts Receivable

• Invoicing

• Multiple Bank Reconciliations

• Multiple Credit Card Reconciliations

• Event Allocation and Costing

• Intercompany Bank Transfers

• Journal Entries

• Intermittent Financial Statements

• Insurance

• Contract Administration

This Bookkeeper will oversee the finances for multiple entities. (Ie the intercompany transfers). They will reconcile and close each month handing off to their external CPA.

Keys/including soft skills:

• 3+ years of multi-entity bookkeeping

• Full cycle Bookkeeping experience. NEEDS to have AP/AR/Billing and invoicing/bank reconciliation/journal entries & adjusting entries/month close & financial statement prep

• Additionally, IF they have experience with contracts, insurance, & event allocation and costing

• NEEDS to be strong with QuickBooks (fluent) They are on QB premier edition 2023

• Reliable, Personality needs to “roll with it” attitude. The office is in a hockey rink! (it is an office and not sitting on the ice) Great people, great culture (5-7 people in office)
