Robert Half is currently pairing with a well-regarded client in Norwalk, CT, on a search for a meticulous and organized Warehouse Associate. This is an on-site role that offers the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute distribution tasks and track incoming inventory using Inventory Management Software, adhering to SOP standards.

• Handle material picking, packing, and shipping of products, including special packing requirements.

• Assist in inspecting incoming products according to AQL Inspection Requirement standards.

• Perform battery reconditioning cycles for devices in inventory.

• Assemble marketing/survey/product instruction packages and monitor their inventory levels.

• Assist in assembling packages for all devices.

• Perform physical inventory counts as needed and assist in end-of-month inventory reconciliations.

• Adhere to strict confidentiality and uphold HIPAA guidelines.

• Assist in other Operational Department tasks when assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds; knowledge of a pallet jack is preferred.

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

• Previous experience in Fulfillment and/or Inventory Management is desired.

• Quick learner with an ability to navigate through BioWave CRM – Salesforce and QuickBooks Inventory Processing System (prior knowledge of both systems not required).

• Proficient in Microsoft products.

• Ability to manage priorities and workload within general schedule of work, instruction, and standardized practices.

• Team player, able to work collaboratively with the Operations team. • Self-directing with a strong results-oriented attitude.
