Description
Are you an enterprising, strong Accounting Manager looking for a great team, culture, people, and environment? In this position, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, including maintaining the general ledger system, preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. Key responsibilities
Work closely with FP& A and accounting management to create relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook
Provide regular review and analysis of balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant
Organize a variety of technical accounting analyses, procedures, and policies
Play a key role in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, which includes system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration
Command sufficient knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Lead and supervise the accounting team performance during the closing process to ensure close deadlines are met
Assist in preparing GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

Requirements - CPA/MBA preferred
5+ years of recent relevant financial experience
Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Month-end Close Activities experience
Solid technology and analytical abilities
Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
