Job Description:
Drive client engagements.
Review and prepare financial statements, footnotes, workpapers, management letters, agreed upon procedures, and other attestation engagements.
Demonstrate professional creativity in dealing with client matters and make constructive suggestions to improve client operations.
Effectively analyze transactions, recognizing potential or existing problems with appropriate research and consulting.
Accept responsibility and utilize firm resources to complete assignments.
Oversee, mentor, and develop staff.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
CPA designation is required
5+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required
Affordable housing or real estate industry experience preferred
Knowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx a plus
Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills
