The Payroll Manager is a hands-on role that will process and manage all facets of U.S. and International payroll operations. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, addressing employee pay questions, quick resolution to payroll issues, development and documentation of repeatable and scalable payroll processes, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal controls, and payroll taxes.

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. Professional certification is a plus.

· Minimum of 3-5 years in payroll processing, with 2+ years of supervisory/leadership responsibilities.

· Must be a customer-focused, results-driven leader with an emphasis on quality, detail, and accuracy.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with little supervision.

· Experience with Paylocity or Time Clock Plus preferred.
