We are in search of a Sitefinity Developer to join our team in the Transport industry. The role is based in Oakbrook, Illinois, and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Sitefinity Developer, you will be tasked with the handling and modification of two applications built on Sitefinity. This role entails deploying code, acquiring accesses, and Azure deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the maintenance and modification of two Sitefinity applications

• Deploy code with accuracy and efficiency

• Acquire necessary accesses for smooth operation

• Undertake Azure deployment tasks

• Transition Sitefinity support from an MSP to in-house

• Prepare for the possibility of expanding the developer team in the future

• Ensure the Sitefinity version is kept up to date (current version 15)

• Use .NET Core in line with company needs and requirements

• Utilize Sitefinity CMS skills to improve and maintain applications.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Sitefinity development and Sitefinity CMS

• Extensive experience in .NET Core development

• Strong understanding of the transport industry is desirable

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues related to Sitefinity and .NET Core

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• Exceptional skills in coding, debugging, and testing in Sitefinity and .NET Core

• Experience in integrating Sitefinity CMS with other software or systems

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team and stakeholders

• Proven track record of successful projects developed using Sitefinity and .NET Core

• Ability to keep up with latest updates and features in Sitefinity and .NET Core

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Proactive in learning new tools and technologies related to Sitefinity development

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
