Job Description:
Coordinate and oversee the preparation and filing of state and federal tax returns.
Assist with the preparation of complex tax returns and review taxation matters with clients.
Provide tax preparation services for pass-through entities, partnerships, and family offices for a variety of clients.
Direct and partner with a multi-disciplinary team to provide tax knowledge and expertise for alternate investments.
Review and analyze tax regulations and amendments. Discuss business implications with clients.
Build, manage, direct, and monitor multiple clients while maintaining active communication to ensure client satisfaction.
Manage relationships at a senior level with large clients, advise on tactical issues, have a high level of responsibility for service delivery.
Keep abreast of changes in tax regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of tax experience at an accounting or tax firm with alternative investments (investment partnerships) experience.
Bachelor's or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
A CPA or equivalent certification.
