OfficeTeam is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant for an exciting family-oriented company that is in growth mode right here in Oakland! The ideal candidate will have experience supporting multiple staff members as needed, and will have a good attitude geared toward being a team player. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor invoices, scanning and emailing customer invoices and orders, assisting in maintaining, organizing and processing credits and claims, as well as data entry. Please note, this is a temporary position.
