Robert Half Assistant Community Manager in Oakland, California
Robert Half is looking for an Assistant Community Manager for a low income property management company in Oakland! Assist the manager in the overall operation of the property, day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs; maintains acceptable occupancy level and develops a supportive environment for all residents, including special needs residents. The Assistant Community Manager interacts with and oversees vendors and establishes and maintains effective working relationships with onsite support staffs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager with property operations
Experience with Section 8, Section 42
Prepare and maintain resident files
Assist in showing units and screening applicants
Assist with scheduling vacant units for refurbishing
Assist in the collection of rents and monies due to the property
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in property management
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of administrative experience
Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors
Computer skills and experience of Microsoft Suite products
Knowledge of Fair Housing, 504 ADA, HUD, Tax Credit and Section 42 regulations
Experience with Yardi Systems
